Athletic M&C athletic development program combines a solid foundation of technical movement and general strength training that are shared by all sports along with sports specific training that compliments the athlete’s sport of choice.

Athletic Development & Sport Specific Training

Footwork training, resistance training as well as active recovery training are all integral parts of our method to develop a stronger, faster and healthier athlete. Periodical fitness evaluations allow us to monitor and track the performance of the athlete and make the necessary adjustments when needed.
