The college athlete is expected to take advantage of the summer and winter breaks to continue improving its athletic abilities by not only practicing his/hers sport but also by following their strength training program. Athletic Movement and Conditioning will help you reach these goals.

Youth and College Strength Training

After a Junior athlete is recruited by a university team, the athletic trainer will design a strength training program for him/her to follow prior starting the new scholastic year. The program will include weight and Olympic lifting which most of them are not familiar with. At Athletic Movement and Conditioning, we will help the athletes with their program by teaching them proper technique to avoid injuries and facilitate their transition to college training.
